Questions

Good to know

How do payments work?

You pay through PayPal (with your PayPal account or a card). Monthly and yearly plans renew automatically until you cancel. The Instructor Package is a single payment with no renewals. The MAUA is a Nomad Ventures LLC company, so PayPal and your bank or card statement show that name.

How do I cancel?

Cancel any time in your PayPal account under Settings → Payments → Manage automatic payments, or ask us and we will help. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for. See our terms for refunds.

I was a member on the old site. Do I need to join again?

No. Your membership carried over. Go to Member sign in, choose "Forgot your password?" and enter the email you used before to set a new password.

When does my access start?

As soon as PayPal confirms your payment, usually within a minute. You will get a welcome email, and you can sign in straight away.

Can schools and instructors join?

Yes. Instructors can choose the Instructor Package: membership with no end date plus the Instructor Candidate Course manuals. For school accreditation or consulting, send us a message and we will put together the right package.
