Terms of membership

Draft terms for the MAUA to review. Refund and renewal wording needs AJ's approval before launch.

Who you are dealing with

The Martial Arts Unlimited Association is a Nomad Ventures LLC company. Membership payments are made to Nomad Ventures LLC and show under that name on PayPal and on bank or card statements.

Memberships

MAUA memberships give access to the members area of themaua.com for one person. Please do not share your sign-in or download links. We may suspend accounts that are shared or misused.

Plans and prices

• MAUA Monthly: $19.95 per month, renews monthly
• MAUA Yearly: $249.95 per year, renews yearly
• Instructor Package: $499 one-time payment, access does not expire

Prices are in U.S. dollars. If a price changes, we tell current members by email at least 30 days before it applies to their renewal.

Renewal and cancellation

Monthly and yearly plans renew automatically through PayPal until you cancel. You can cancel any time in PayPal (Settings → Payments → Manage automatic payments) or by asking us. Cancelling stops future payments; you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.

Refunds

If you are not satisfied, contact us within 14 days of your first payment for a full refund. After that, payments are not refunded, but you can cancel future renewals at any time.

Ranks and certificates

Ranks and certificates are awarded by MAUA instructors. The curriculums support your training; they do not replace instruction, and studying them does not by itself earn a rank.

Training safely

Martial arts training carries a risk of injury. Train with a qualified instructor and partner, warm up properly, and stop if you feel pain. Check with your doctor before starting a new training or fitness program. You train at your own risk.

Content

All curriculums, lineage charts and materials belong to the MAUA and its instructors. They are for your personal training only and may not be copied, shared or resold.
